Move the slow from Kalista E to her Q

I'll be really honest, i don't like Kalista Q, it's just a spear.

Second, The Slow on the E is a bit cancerous, E should only be about staking spears and then press E for massive damage.

The current kit of Kalista offer no syndergy between her spells, because Q is not needed at all, it's jsut a longer skillshot but thats it, all the work is done by Right click + E (cause ti slows)

So instead Kalista would be a lot more funnier to play ( and helthier) if the slow is on her Q instead. So now we have a reason to land the Spear for the slow and then stacks the spear with the E.

See how the pattern works? i'ts a much more intelligent solution in my opinion.

Yeah you can debate it's a little nerf because the Q it's harder to land, but hey i think it's woth it

How about not putting a slow in her kit at all?

Heck, I'd call it a buff, cause now she can slow you and you have to sit there as she pokes you to death, with her e as the execution. I really like the idea though, so much more synergy in her kit.

There's no calling involved. If her Q procced a relevant slow that would be a major buff. Making a pick with a 1200 range slow is just silly on a champion as stupidly good at kiting/chasing as Kalista is.

The idea is good. They'd have to work out the numbers though, so its not just a buff, but a balance change

Yeah of corse, but i think overall it would be a more intelligent usage of her kit

They want you to choose the slow or the damage on her E. Otherwise it may as well just auto-kill someone when it gets enough stacks.

You do have a point though. I think the slow should be tied to her ult. 15/30/45% per rank. I barely play her though and my understanding is that her early game isn't that strong to begin with.

This wouldn't be a nerf, it would be a buff. She will be able to slow more often earlier and it also means she no longer has to give up rend stacks to slow.

Better than getting a slow off autoattack and just pressing a button, especially when that button already has a mana refund. How many passives does Kalista and her abilities have?

I agree with your point, but i see it being a bigger problem with a late game kalista. Since the attack speed and movement speed are so high, she would almost be an assasin. not having to spend her rend, and just getting into easier position with autos to land an almost for sure Q. Then if the Q lands, u can be sure you are going to die. but maybe riot could do something about the way the Slow scales to fix that problem. But i agree with what u mean.

I don't think it's as aharsh as you mgiht think, look ashe she can permaslow but its definetly not an assassin.

You could have a 1.5 second slow, i'ts enough for kalista to do a good combo, but not long enough to permaslow you. Also it's harder to land

Why not both?
