I'm starting to get excited at all these PBE changes for these out-of-date champions. I wonder what other changes will apply and how they'll start getting others up to par.

Kass and Liss got buffs they needed, but Lux and Kat BETTER be an April Fool's joke or I might have to quit League until they realize what they did.
