Please fix Passives for weak champions and overpowered champions

There are too many weak champions with terrible Passives, and a select few overpowered champions with overpowered Passives. For example, Poison, Bleeding, Life Steal/Regeneration, and Invisibility are overpowered Passives. I am asking you, Riot, to please stop making new champions for a short while and work on balancing Passives fairly for all champions. Thank you for your time.

Because balancing for one class of champion abilities with zero regard for their four other abilities, stats, etc. is good balance.
