never sent many tickets myself in the probably 2 years ive played this game but out of the 3 ive sent, i get the same type of responses

-clearly didnt even bother reading my ticket -link me stuff i said ive tried -takes 3 days to a week to either say something helping nothing, or a link to something you've told them you've tried and didnt work -dodge questions -ignore statments

honestly 3/3 horrible times with player support, but i might have just got unlucky and got 3 speds in the support department so i just want to know how you guys all feel about your times with player support and what you think they could improve on and could cut out

improve on imo? -reading -fixing problems -doing stuff ina timely manner -w/e automated system they have needs to be thrown out lol

(btw those wondering it had nothing to do with bans, all my tickets have been logging in problems to crashing during the loading screen but they only seem to happen after patches when alot of people cant get on or lag out like crazy (cough last patch?)

aka its not me lagging, or my internet, or my firewall, any of that, its league lol....just tried of getting leaver points (that NEVER go away mind you) getting added to my account (pride myself in not leaving games) but at the same time, if im getting these leaves anyway i might as well not be held hostage by elo terrorists and leave games when people are sittin in fountain 0/15 spamming chat with hate because something like the jungle didnt help em and said the word wards lol....

but ya whats your guys feelings on leagues player support? ya or nay and either way how could they improve?
