Can we get a man cost reduction or power increase for Bard's Heal?
100 mana for a 30-70 heal is not worth it. That's level 1.
Level 5 is 150-230 for 120 mana, which still isn't that worth it.

iluvalar1 votesI think the shrines need another level. 30-70 in 5 seconds and then 70-110 in 25 more seconds. With the corresponding ap ratio. that could help him.
I disagree with the mana cost doe, because every chimes gives 8% mana back, So he's very good at regenerating that cost if played right.
