Just out of curiousity if Garens Q is now a small skillshot leap with a small area AOE silence....

Do you think that would be Overpowered as long as the cooldown on it was adjusted as well?

I mean i was just looking at Darius and the idea just popped into my head so i was just curious what others though?

If it was live values where it's a 2.5 sec silence it would be pretty overpowered.

So what would be a fair value?

1 sec silence on say a 5-8 second cooldown?

I think thats a pretty reasonable idea?
