New lifeline shield advanced item idea

Phantom dancer and sterak's gage have strange build paths that seemingly pull a shield out of nowhere. Hexdrinker building into maw of malmortius gives players a much more useful and flexible build path. There should be a component item that builds into phantom dancer and steraks gage that works against all damage types. It should be an hp item building out of a ruby crystal costing ~1000 gold, giving a moderate scaling by level shield when hp drops below 30%.
