Illaoi has been coasting at a relatively low winrate for a while now, Currently she's at 47%, and I can see this nerf to 
easily dropping her down to 45% or lower, so could we give the kracken priest some buffs so she can stay in motion?
Holy motherless goat, no.
Illaoi's numbers are too high for her to ever get buffs. She has very low counter-play and incredibly front-loaded kit.... her terrible mobility and awful utility are what keeps her from being massively overbearing.
Give her all the love you want.
Champs like her and Tahm were the braking point.
I can talk about league but with where it has gone the past couple seasons I feel no real want or need to play it ever again.
She has a huge amount of bugs too that are hurting her.
They center around her TURTLE SLOW attack animations.
her Ult takes over 3s before it does damage
Her main source of damage is her Tentacles and W yet W is blocked by soo many things because it is a Auto attack.
She ONLY wins if you snowball else she dies way to fast.
Can be kitted so easily.
Honestly I think Illaoi needs a rework of some sort.
She simply should not be able to build pure tank and three shot with her ult alongside healing, but her win rate is still rather low.
That kind of damage with a tank build is toxic to the game, and a kit rework could solve the win rate problem while addressing that issue.
