Brand's ult is currently bugged to where it will NOT bounce to non-champion enemies that are burning from his passive, His ult instead just fizzling out.

It will bounce to non-champion enemies that are NOT on fire only, and still bounces between champions fine, but this bug SEVERELY hinders his laning phase as most the time you set all the minions on fire then ult the enemy champion as part of the full combo and the ult bounces kill them, but currently the ult will hit the champion once then fizzle out of all nearby minions/summons are affected with Brand's passive.

Hope this is addressed soon as it has robbed me of many kills, therefore I fell behind and lost the game for my team.

Have seen this LOTS of times over the last few days and couldn't pin down the cause of it. It's extremely frustrating to lose a fight we should've won if my ult hadn't just bugged and disappeared. Until this is fixed, Brand is basically unplayable. BUGS THAT BREAK CHAMPION ULTS SHOULD BE CONSIDERED HIGH PRIORITY.
