Question about Xayah Item Interactions

Yesterday evening I had a game where the opposing team had a Xayah and Rakan duo bot, nothing crazy so far. After we got to team group phase and I actually started seeing her in team fights, something seemed really off about her DPS, sustain, and the sheer number of feathers she was getting onto the field at once. My questions are pretty simply this: Is it intentional that her pass through feathers apply on-hit effects such as BotRK at full strength, and is it intentional that Runaan's bolts also become pass through attacks (or am I just missing how quickly she gets feathers out)?

Nope, its just her main bolts that do on-hits. Maybe you were noticing her w with rakan? it doesn't drop feathers, but each AA of Rakan's will hit a second time like Xayah.

Shes also a hypercarry. She'll drop a lot of feathers really fast with a typical crit build. On an unrelated notes, she smites just about as hard as kalista lol. (within a reasonable timeframe, not 2.5AS kalista tanking baron)

On-hit effects are applied to only her main target. I highly doubt Hurricane's bolts pierce as they do not pierce even with Twitch's ult.
