Just went through some champions on the champions page and realised that Morgana (my main champ) doesn't have a Champion Spotlight. Is it possible to make her one, even though she's not a new champ? Oooor give her a VU and such and then do one? :D Heh!

Only exception I can remember being Ashe during the freljord event a few years ago, Sejuani was heavily reworked, Lissandra came out. So they decided to make one for Ashe so all 3 of the sisters had one.
