Fire isn't solari. Solari is worshippers of the sun. They don't connect completely.
I'd rather like a Lunar/Solar Eclipse Diana, so she's still moon-themed, but tinged with fire. :P

I was hoping for something along the lines of blue fire, or shadow fire.
Heck white fire would be cool too, it's not done often enough.

Actually I am thinking the new 
skin would be Wildfire and i believe it fits perfectly and if riot does not want to make the skin then there is also a link which would take you to the Wildfire skin.
Am I the only one that really doesn't like the look of this? If they do do a Solari Diana I hope it won't be as... forced. Cause that honestly doesn't look very good imo

This is an old concept a Rioter (I forget their name) created; I believe there was a moon-themed Leona skin concept to go along with it.
id actually play Diana if the fire skin is anything like this
I shall wait an eternity for my reaper skin....
