dear riot do you think it would be ok to let bleed targets from crits? i mean the league has come a long way since that nerf now with tanks being strong blood thirsters being nerfed from what it used to be do you think he could just have that at least? i know ill probably get downvoted but it doesn't hurt to ask its not that his new passive isn't bad but it's just not that good late game when hes done with building every item
