Sett's W will need to be nerfed

Sett's W is basically Tahm Kench's grey health shield mechanic all over again, which was nerfed heavily. It the passive on Sett's W in particular which gives him a shield equal to 50% of his max hp after taking damage equal to 100% of what he took after resistances. Either the damage converted to Grit, or The max shield size needs to get nerfed. Otherwise Sett is going to be OP in competitive. Those people who are looking to main Sett, realize in his current state he is too durable and will probably be nerfed.

it's weaker than tahms grey health because it decays almost instantly also it's like his only good ability if they nerf it they might as well just delete him

Yes lets take a look at Setts W

  1. He needs Grit for it to do damage
  2. He gets grit by taking damage
  3. W damage is ~50% of his Grit
  4. For set to do 100 damage he needs to take 200 damage

honestly, this kind of durability needs to be put onto every melee champ, sett is finally a melee bruiser that can last longer then a couple of seconds in a fight
