I just got a penta as Heimer but it was my 3rd time playing him

Ok this makes the 2nd penta EVER i have gotten in almost 4yrs with the other 1 being from yorick almost 2 yrs ago.

Question is about Heimerdinger, is this champ secretly OP? I mean this is as straight up as it gets cause Idk how to feel about getting a penta here, even if everyone never played their champs before it's still one of those things like a hole in one (golf reference)

What's your thoughts on Heimerdinger? I think i was either APC (BOT) or TOP i only been queueing as that with him. I don't see this champ hardly ever, seems like the skill required to play it is pretty marginal to say the least so why is he so rare is my 2nd question?

Is skill expression more important than effectiveness? I'm assuming in some way that playing heimer in Top or Bot (not sup) can be pretty effective in terms of raw damage and ease of execution for solo Q.

Anyways im struggling to see, if it was luck, skill or just a straight up busted champ! But i NEVER see heimer EVER! so idk what to think.

Help me out? Whats your thoughts on Heimer Top or as ADC (APC)?
