How the fuck am i supposed to make armor worth something when these items are literally core on every ad champion.
I'm pretty sure its time for a lethality/armor pen nerf. Especially with conqueror in the mix.

Yep, armor hard counters flat pen but if they have every armor reduction item in the game then stack health
WukongMain2 votesIf you see someone building that, i highly recommend buying flat health increase and maybe an extra damage item if at all possible, Because they are gonna be hella squishy. Seeing as your armor isn't worth as much unless they have a botrk too, Health will be the next best thing. Maybe an item like 
if its okay on your champion. the second life would completely counter their burst. Items like 
can give you massive sudden amounts of health. 
seems like a flat must since it reduces a % of their auto attacks their armor pen cannot lower this. items that build out of 
can be amazing too since it'll lower thier attack speed effectively slowing down the damage. 
if you're ap can be pretty cool aswell to help kite them out, effectively slowing down their damage. if you can build 
on your champion that could be a good alternative, since it too will slow incoming damage to let you sustain up.
if you're a tank 
will still be effective armor since it'll increase the amount of reflected damage.
what i'm trying to say....There are options outside of Armor to slow down the rate of incoming damage
