Adc itemization 6.15 help!

So I was playing last night against nothing but soraka/sona and I kept getting thrashed by adc's with garbage positioning ( I never had a healing supp) but I could not figure out what the deal was the supp wasn't running out of mana but the adc was constantly at full hp, and then I watched phy's latest video, about how busted healing supps are right now (soraka,sona, Nami-ish, and Janna) and I didn't feel as bad anymore, but my question is should I forgo, buying typical adc core items, and rush an executioners calling first item now if one is in my game? I know it's not very gold efficient, but the healing right now is outrageous? I play draven I normally go youmoos first but last night I did far better go IE first because they were unable to heal back the crit damage fast enough early. Any thoughts are greatly appreciated!

No, it onlly applies when they are low health. Not worth it early game, or ingame at all unless they have a healer tank, swain, vlad, mundo, voli.

Better off rushing Runaans, Essence, or Youmuus depending on who you are adc with.

Grievous wounds on executioners calling got overhauled it applies on ANY physical damage at ANY hp.
I recommend building the core item of what you're rushing first BF/Dirk/zeal and a long sword. Then finish the executioners calling into your finished item. Finish off the executioners calling into mortal reminder when needed

And always. Enemy Soraka=Morelos and Executioners every time. She can singlehandedly carry games no matter how bad her team is if she's good. She can heal while Warmogs passive is up never ending massive heals.

As an ADC start with

item 1036 and item 2031 item 3340 (Why long sword? you will see in a second)

Buy your starting core item. like item 1038 item 3144 (Jk noob trap now a days) item 3134 item 3133 item 3086

Then if you have enough (450 g) upgrade that Longsword (If you didn't use it in your item upgrade) into item 3123

Early game may be really etchy, but early-mid you may come back...

Refill pot saves you money you'd usually waste on more potions returning to base.

what i would do is buy your normals item for lane but instead of focusing on the adc blow up the support if they are dead they cant heal. If u dont the adc will always be full health and have little fear ask jungle for help. Mid game u may need to get grevious wounds but if the healer is the only one heals for a shit ton then just try and focus her or catch them out b4 a fight
