Teamfighting with Draven is pretty hard if your tank falls short even a miniscule. SO everyone CCs him to death. Many Draven players will build BT if the support is cc heavy so I love this guy that crit's half my HP in one hit even if he outscales 90% of ADCs.

Gotta love exaggeration.

A Draven with IE landing a crit-Spinning Axe deals 335% of his total AD in damage.

To deal 1000 damage to a target with 0 Armor, he needs 299 AD. Against a target with just 30 Armor, he needs 388 AD. Champions at level 18 have a minimum 66 (aside from Thresh).

If Draven's dealing half your HP with a crit, then you're too far behind to consider it a fair fight in the first place.

I do have to agree about Anivia. A good one makes laning impossible. And then you get close to killing them just to realize you never burned their passive. -_-;

A vayne that 1v4s because lets face it.. it is league of Tristana, Lucian, and bursty ad assassins. Vayne is like the least safe adc ever.
