Like, I've never played a single game of Zed, and yeah, I don't like laning against him. But he sure as hell isn't freelo. He can 1 v 1 you, yes. That's what he's designed to do. No, if you're Brand, you shouldn't be able to handle Zed on your own. You'll be much more useful than him in a team fight.

And honestly, if you nerf Zed, then much more horrible champions are going to rise to power. Annie mid is super toxic, and bound to be FotM soon. Have fun with that. Oh, and Malzahar.

Yep. Don't forget thought, the community as a whole is shit. Zed even has counters, and most of the people he "counters" (skill matchups) can build zhonyas and make him pretty annoyed.

He can't wave clear from 1200 range, in fact he has to be in the middle of the minion wave to really clear it. The AS nerf not only hurt Zeds wave clear (not as much as it needs to be tweaked down, but it did hurt it), it also hurt his tower pushing and his dueling potential. What's more, it is forcing Zed players away from AS/crit builds and more towards raw AD builds which opens the door for Riot to tweak him more to make him more of a caster and less of a melee/caster/carry.

you heard of that champ that counters almost every mid laner? yeah malzahar, zed jumps on him gets full malz combo to the face. also annie does good against him
