New support items and designated slot issues

So the way I used to arrange this was I would put my pots in 6, use them, then the upgrade would go in slot 6 when it became warding, as set in the item editor. Now, there is only one item and it comes in at the same time as the pots, so designating the slots this way does not work. Also, it seems like we can only designate slot for the initial item; every time it upgrades it moves to the lowest open slot ignoring this setting. This means I have to stop in mid game and manually move my warding item to the right place twice in a match. We need to be able to set where the upgrades go.

EDIT: All of the new support items don't let you set a default slot in the item editor at all. The old ones are also still there for some reason, and they let you set default slots.

It would also be nice if we could set where the stopwatch and boots from runes go.
