Tristana isn't in a good state. (Enhance her E passive)

It would be nice to see her back at her pre-rework level of power. However, I think that Trist has a nice kit that could be changed to give her more power without simply buffing her stats or her numbers. Some years ago, Trist had a bug where her e passive would proc whenever she killed a minion. Currently, it only procs if she kills it with an auto attack. However, back then, it would proc if she killed the minion with an ability as well. This meant that she could chain-react minions to death with her e passive procing multiple times from one auto attack. It also meant that she could blow up an enemy if she jumped onto a pile of minions that they were standing in. At the very least, make her w proc her e passive if it kills a minion.

I think this should be brought back because:

1. This gives Trist some more strategic decisions. Jumping into a pile of minions means she is going to be in trouble if she doesn't finish off her enemy. It also means that certain times are better to jump in than other times.
2. She can only do this if her enemy makes a mistake. And it's not like this is a mistake that is hard to avoid.
3. It is unique. Trist is currently the only champion that can directly punish an enemy for standing on their minions. However, the effect is fairly underwhelming, and doesn't define her play style. By enhancing the ability, she will be an even more unique champion.
