Like you can use Revive within 5 or 4seconds after you die and you are revived with 20% of your Max HP. After you press the revive button, you are channeled for 1second(Just like GA) while you gain your lifeforce back.

BluePandas1 votesif they jsut give karthus passive a 1 min cooldown then karthas would just have to run revive and can easly pick when he wants to revive to use his his abilities, well its not jsut karthas alone with the new revive ur talking about, tanks like mundo coming back with 20% hp is alot in late game. since riot loves making games last a million times longer now a days this new idea on revive will almost be a must pick for top laners

lostbob1171 votesWhat if you are worth half of the price if you use revive? Like for 30secs only. This way it won't be as much and is a thing you can use to counter Assassins or Burst mages.

The 1 second cast time would pretty much make it futile to try to use it to counter assassins or burst mages in lane. Take a look at Sion's passive if you need an example. I can see its use in team fights, but I'm not sure that it would be worth taking over other spells.
lostbob1171 votesYou can wait however long you want within the 5seconds. So the enemy won't know and you allow your team to set up to protect you. Or you can use it right away if your team is in position.
Agent20902 votesI can definitely see the use in that. Might be a situational premade pick, but I don't think it would see much use outside of that. Maybe I'm just not very good at seeing the use in it. I'm not a big fan of revive passives/ults/items in general so I don't think I'd be the best judge here.
