I just went on PBE to test this out, and Kog's passive does indeed trigger.

Ah case closed.

Lame

Its an execute. Its final death, not even Sion's passive works. He 100% tears your body to shreds. Cant come back to life after that and they want that to be his theme.

What about GA? If so then that'll need fixed straight away. Literally a GA counter with 0 counterplay.

GA wouldn't trigger and therefore would not go on cooldown.

I really like this new Execute ult. Quite literally EXECUTES.

Its not "no counter play" because the execute itself is very hard to get off. The enemy needs to be atleast 25% hp and they only have a few seconds to get them down to that if you ult even a 75% hp target. Its fun, and completely balanced.

At most 25% HP you mean.

Except Guardian Angel does trigger

If Sion's innate and Kog's innate aren't activating, it's a bug.

Really? kog doesn't come out? What about karthus

Urgot That thing spit in my eye

Karthus

It wouldn't make sense for Karthus to loose his passive on that, he cares little about his boddy beeign torn appart, it's his ghost casting on after death

Wet Dryman1 votes

Yup, it's very antithematic. Karthus just shouts randomly after death "The shell means nothing!" or "I am become death!", one stupid meat grinder should not contradict his lore.

Don't quote me on this, I don't have any proof. But I think that skin spotlights just uses a target dummy instead of the actual champ, and just puts a champion skin over the dummy, to make it much easier making the video. Note how in each quote, Urgot and the target are both in the exact same position.

For example, skin spotlights is especially fond of using multiple katarina dummies.

Dummies don't get destroyed though

Danjeng1 votes

Dummies do get destroyed if you apply GW on them. And Kog's, Sion's, Anivia's passive all trigger upon being executed by Urgot. That leaves me to believe that those are not the champions themselves being executed.

FIrst off, it would take an extraoradinary amount of games just to go through all the interactions, nearly 15 games. Second, it would be nearly impossible to position Urgot in the exact same position down to last pixel. Third, Urgot's animation repeatz every time, making it likely that this is just a loop being played over and over again.

great! more reason to give kog'maw a new passive :)

ChaosThief1 votes

They even kept one of old urgot's lines through the battlecast skin.

And good lord all the lines for all the ult kills...

Succubús GF1 votes

Well I don't really want to see my champion get torn to shreds bc I am not a huge fan of gruesome death scenes :^) So ill probably ban urgot every game every time
