This item can go on someone like or who needs to get through someone with or , but it can also go on someone like or , bruisers who need to get through or the supporting power from items like . It can even be used defensively to temporarily cripple an assassin like who can use to delete you or your carry. I think it'd be a very good item that would benefit almost anyone who picks it up, if they're willing to invest in it.

How about something similar to Hearthstone's silence, where you get to remove any buffs and debuffs on the target?

nah I'm just playing, but I don't like your idea simply because it would be wayyyy to strong on certain characters and would be an unbalanceable mess

I don't really see who could abuse this item. It's a simple and universal item that can be used by like anyone.

by reducing a champion to nothing but raw stats and their kit will heavily favor some champions more than others and will only drastically seperate the gap between skirmishers and non-skirmishers

Split-pushing would be absolutely ridiculous and impossible to stop in some situations, as you'd have to send a whole team up top if a Fiora could all of a sudden reduce you down to nothing but a stat-induced minion

I don't think this item could be so deadly on Fiora that a whole team is needed to beat her. She can only use the item on 1 person. That doesn't mean she can't be CCed, and what not. People already need more than one for Fiora in some games anyway.

I still don't see how it would favor some people more than others, when it's as simple as using smite on a champion. Anyone can use it. It doesn't need HP, Range, AD. etc.
