Can Rageblade Go On Sale Please?

Rageblade was super OP in season 6, so it was rightfully nerfed, but I think it's been long enough that we can see that you went a bit overboard. The item feels troll to buy now because of how damn expensive it is. It always feels like you're so far away from completing Rageblade, both because of its awkward build path and high combine cost. So can we have it drop from 3600->3400 gold?
