Can we get an option to disenchant permanent re-rolls?

I hate it when I re-roll 3 skin shards and get an lcs team skin. I personally hate team skins. Can we get an option to disenchant if we don't want the dang skin? Honestly would be better than getting a skin I'll probably never use. Is this too much to ask for?
