Less mobile ADCs feel terrible right now

I don't know if it's just me or if its a really bad patch but I have always felt safe playing a jinx or caitlyn or even a lucian but right now it feels like its not even possible to stay alive long enough to even reach the mid game as a normally safe ADC pick. I have absolutely no clue how to fix it but does anyone have any ideas on this?
