amazing soluton to banning riot. pls consider

some people like to ban. some people dont like to ban and say "umm what do i ban"

make it so when you queue for a match involving bans, you select a box that says "i want to be a banner"

if the box is unselected, your saying you dont want to be abanner

when the match starts if only 1 person wants to be a banner, then he bans

and if extra people want to be banner, the person lowest in pick order gets a ban and moving up until each banner gets a ban

and if over 3 people want to be banner, then the lowest persons in pick order get to ban

and if no one wants to be banner. you get the current system
