New Zhonya's Hourglass Build-Path + a new Item.

Zhonya's Hourglass is a key tool for lots of mages, protecting thereselves from incoming damage, to only dish out damage once its over. I have no problem with this, I think it's completely fair and balanced. What I DO have a problem with however, is how Mages get an hourglass, but ADC's don't. They just get deleted by a Rengar or a Zed. Thats why I have come up with a new buildpath for Zhonya's Hourglass and a new item for ADC's. Plus there is a little story with it.

The first new item is "Heart of the Hourglass" This is the key item to build one of the 2 hourglass items. Heart of the Hourglass 1400 Gold. +20 Armor UNIQUE ACTIVE: STASIS Puts your champion in a stasis for 1.5 seconds, making you invulnerable to everything, but unable to cast abilites, spells, items etc.. This is the key item to build one of the 2 hourglass items.

The first Hourglass item, ya know it, ya love it, Zhonya's Hourglass. Zhonya's Hourglass: 3600 Gold Heart of the Hourglass-1400 Gold Needlessly Large Rod-1250 Gold Amplifying Tome- 435 Gold + 515 extra gold. +110 AP +30 Armor UNIQUE PASSIVE- STASIS OF THE MAGE Puts your champion in a stats for 2.5 seconds, making you invulnerable to everything, but makes you unable to cast spells items abilites ect. When you come out of stastis, your champion gets 15% CDR, 40 Bonus AP and 25 Movement Speed for 6 Seconds.

The Next Hourglass item is Markof's(IDC about the name, but this sounded neat) Hourglass Markof's Hourglass 3750 Gold Heart Of the Hourglass-1400 Gold B.F. Sword-1300 Gold Long Sword-350 Gold + 750 Gold +70 Attack Damage +25 Armor UNIQUE PASSIVE- STASIS OF THE MARKSMAN Puts your champion in a stasis for 2.5, making you invulnerable to everything, but makes you unable to cast spells, items, abilities ect.. Once the Stasis is over, your champion gets 25 Attack Speed 20% Lifesteal and 30% Crit for 6 Seconds.

So for some lore. Zhonya and Markof are brothers. Zhonya is a mage, and Markof is a Marksman. Because of their differences, they became enemies. They both seek out the Heart of the Legendary Hourglass, to make them more powerful than the other.

How does this fix some problems? Well, first off, in a growing assassin meta, ADC's are becoming a little more risky to play. Lots of assassins like Rengar and Zed, who work well with the new items, can delete an ADC before they say Doublelift. With the new hourglass item, they can negate such disasters, and give them a figting chance when the stasis ends.

Same thing with Mages. In an growing assassin meta, immobile mages, and mages who cant do anything against mobile champions, the Hourglass cant really negate too much. It also gives them a fighting chance if they are caught out farming, or stuck in a 1v3 situation.

What do you think?

So you want to make an item that actually is most beneficial to the class it's supposed to counter?

I kinda dig the concept of making item 3191 have some utility, but im not sure this is the way to go. I mean, if item 3140 can have its active before the full item is completed item 3191 could have something, even if its not the actual stasis because that could make it ab usable by other classes.

About the new Hourglasses, too OP, also would be mandatory items for all adcs and buff the class to the sky.

Also, hourglass wont prevent assassins from 1 shooting adcs, (Rengar Leblanc can kill you before you see they are there), but item 3026 will

I do agree that there should be a HourGlass for melee BUT he should not a offensive. It should have Armor and MR and so its not the same activate make it a passive that instead of freezing you it resurrects you like you have a second chance or like a Guardian Angel... OH wait. item 3026

OK OK new item

It has good about of HP and also some AD (but not a lot, maybe bonus base ad) and also a differnt passive, that gives the same result as HourGlass, if you take X amount of damage within like 8s you get a shield and even more bonus damage for like 8s.

Wait what? Oh thay have that one too? item 3053

Ummmmm
