Riot's in ability to keep the client from crashing has currently lost them a ton of money

My little brother quit League a little while ago. Among other things one of his reasons for leaving was the client being buggy as hell and not loading games for him half the time.

It's the same for me. While I have issues with the meta, and how Riot handles things I for one have stopped purchasing things because I can't be sure I'll be around to ENJOY it.

Quite frankly every so often I'll get a warning and have a 5 game super que. 20 minute wait for 5 games before I'm out of their lower Que.

I've rid myself of anti-virus. I've cleaned my computer. I've reinstalled and reupdated several times.

Yet it still happens.

So yeah, I'm just done with buying stuff. I'm still playing, but I'm not buying stuff till things get fixed. I cannot connect to games and I'm not gonna spend anything in the cash shop till this issue gets resolved.

Currently the things I've wanted to buy are....

Champions: None (got 'em all) Skins: Leona Bundle - 3512 (I could just buy one but I know I'll want to switch things up at some point) K/DA - Akali - 1350 (I've heard she's coming out with a prestige skin but like the worlds event I couldn't even get close to the amount of games I needed to earn it) Dragon Trainer Heimerdinger - 1820 (Freaking want this so bad) God King Garen - 1820 (This is more to the fact I can't really get back into playing as Garen more than anything but still I ain't buying this when I could be banned for their connection problems) Mecha Zero Sion (Just recently got into playing Sion but don't want to get a skin for him till this is resolved) - 1820 Ward Skins: (I dont buy these anymore, waste of cash) Emotes: I either just use the free ones, or I use the one's I reroll. Though I like the Akali-mic drop one I got for the event, I use that one. Icons: (I dont buy these) Pages: (I already bought a full set a long time ago) Boosts: (No real need)

That's about 50 bucks. Maybe more if I splurge a bit more.

I've spent about 1,300 or so on this game since season 4. I don't regret my purchases. Well except for buying Katrina skins and then not playing her much, those were a waste.

But I just can't justify spending anymore on this game when Riot itself keeps punishing me for playing.

Riot. I'm your whale. You want me to keep being beached? Your call. I am just one person in the sea of players.

But I'm big and fat and you've left me out to dry. That's on you if you want my business back.
