10 Bans Question

Are the 10 bans for ranked solo Q gonna be chosen all at once or like a draft?

It would be better if its all at once and can we also pick our champs all at once too? That should lessen the counter-picking a lot.

I understand the counter picking can be a strategy, but it should not belong in Solo Q where the countered can be left without any sort of help.
