These players will never be punished. There is no need for a reporting system in champ select. Anyone can choose anything in any role and not be punished!!!!!! IN RANKED!!!!
Correct, as long as they are genuinely trying to win, they are allowed to pick whatever champion they want. Less conventional strategies may result in them plateauing at a lower elo than more conventional ones, but as long as they're trying to win and not actually trolling, then they're free to do so.
I'm gettin sick of this. Just because someone picks a "non-meta" champion doesn't mean you can call it trolling and report them. I see all these people goin g in with stuff like ziggs support and yi adc only to get shit on by the team before the match starts, and then someone dodges because they don't want an "troll pick" on their team.

Um, as far as I'm aware, there's no "ADC" lane.
Lets see what does adc stand for.. AD carry Last time in checked yis can be pretty good at carrying and also are based on ad damage. Seems Fine to me.
I think OP has stayed away from league since last year and hasn't seen the bot lane ziggs meta.
I've played Katarina ADC in ranked before. I'd rather play a champion I'm comfortable on, than one I'm not. I hope my team does the same.
I did good, but the jungler flaming me all game didnt do too well. He would rather let what I'm doing effect his game than play.
