Duo top and no jungler maybe better

After many games in the new jungle with many champs and the new jungle items, with every champ I fell behind in exp and gold. Even when i focused on farming every camp i could with shyvana on average I would end up being 2 levels behind of the laners at the start of the mid game. If this is how the jungle is going to be then going back to doing duo top and no jungle seems like the better deal.

Im going to continue to figure things out if you guys have any insights im all ears.

Start at Krugs, using a sustain jungler like WW, easy peasy.

Fiddlesticks is really strong in the new jungle.

If you figure out a good clearpath, you can utilize Nautilus or a few others, but he's super hurt because of the monster dmg buff, and his dmg all comes from his W.

I usually go for red first because the team likes to help out plus red gives me a lot of hp back. Then i go for the crab because it spawns right after a red/blue kill plus gives sight that helps mid and top from early ganks. I check if top and mid can be ganked if not then i go wolves, Blue (smite is back up), gromp, crab, gank if can if not recall.

I dont have Naut or ww but ww should be cheap to get, Fiddle too.

I set a rule for myself that I shouldn't do my first recall until i have 800g or more, thats enough to buy the jungle item. Is this a good rule of thumb?

i have been using Aatrox as a sustain jungler. His ganks are really good early but he falls behind in exp in gold.
