In mid and late game executing minions with the Relic shield item line SUCKS! How can I stay a tank when no one lets me use my charges? Its bad enough I can only execute when there's a chaperone and I cant farm the big blobs my team neglects.

Also, make Thresh's auto attack proc the execute.
Mid- late game its enough to pretty much 100-0 a minion with it, Id say the bigger problem is people just clearing the wave before you even get to auto a minion.

Cant tell if troll or just.. bad. You know it does not execute on ranged attacks, right? You can also use abilities that do higher damage.
This and also let Thresh's autos execute if he walks into melee range, I've seen so many people struggle with getting the minion kills with him even with his e damage

this is why ancient coin is better then relic shield. so what your losing 300hp but to gain mana regen and better hp regen and better gold income and 10% cd
you can execute ranged minions when they are at full HP in the mid to late game... melees you need to weaken them slightly and cannons obviously more than melees.
