So I was looking into Zileans old kit...

not pre rework. The OLD days

His ultimate.

With max cdr, it was on a 72 second cooldown.

with a 90 second duration....

And rewind?

It used to refresh the cooldown of the last ability a target ally cast.

wut

And then there is an ability called Time Twister, which was removed entirely. It was an AOE magic damage spell, akin to anivia's ultimate, exept this stunned people for 1 second out of every 2.5 seconds they stood in it.

So, yeah. History is fun.

Twisted Fate's R (part of it anyway), used to be his E (this was back during beta). It let him globally teleport on a 30 second CD.

R was still Destiny though, revealed everyone on the map and drastically slowed them.

Pretty sure gold card was also an AoE stun back then.

Edit: I almost forgot, when he had Destiny active, the channel time on gate was reduced as well.

Ummmm, that would probably be the worst balance descision in Ritos history. The old rewind was not a 10 second thing to be used just to let Ahri try her charm again. Think double karthus ult. Think Rumble making an X. Think AP GP doing a Venn diagram with his ultis.

this was balanced because jax could also dodge turet shot.

everything op= balanced

in 2010 pretty much every champions were played except galio

i call this more balanced then today.

twitch used to have 1100 range auto attacks on his ult and I think someone mentioned 30 seconds of stealth

The revive, you know, the golden bubble that people just wait out as of now? You could have it on two people at a time.
