Explain to me this "Mage nerf"
Because I honestly don't get it. I thought it was a buff honestly, but I've been away from the game for a good chunk lately.

It's a bit of a nerf, meant to make mages use mana more sparingly and less spamming abilities to waveclear. It's not really a bad change, coming from someone who's secondary main is a mana hungry mage.
It is a slight nerf to them,boards are acting like this is the end of the world, as always
To buff champions without mana and adc
At LVL 3 your losing out on mana comparative to now
Your ahead at lvls 1-2 in mana. It's isn't an ideal fix to make mana champions more Early game focused
