Ekko's R is still stupid.

People gave up on trying to get it to change, not believe it's anything other than ridiculous.

How can it be stupid if it's incredibly telecast? You're complaining about how it still didn't change so there's reason to believe that you're opinion is that it's broken either via damage or something else.

It's a reset button. It's a "I am out of place, and I F***ed up real bad... oh well."

The concept of it is stupid. It's not exactly broken or OP, just stupid.

It's WHY he is my secondary mid choice.

But if he was out of position at one point, he's going to be out of position again (given more HP) based off where his shadow was. There's not many exceptions to this.

I mean... Neeko's Q, if you get all bounces do 480 +90% AP at max rank, players say the nerf didnt do anything and beg for her ult to get nerfed but honestly it does affect her E>Q combo damage.

I'm not too concerned with the ult since I'm usually not withing range to get ulted (Anytime I find Neeko some other unfortunate soul ate her burst already)

I still complain about Ekko's R whenever I get a chance to. It's literally a less balance-able version of Zilean's especially when combined with the rest of his kit.

So I wouldn't imagine Neeko's R is gonna be any different unless they seriously nerf the damn thing. It just can't have AoE hard CC tagged on with a massive damage while giving the user little to no risk at all for using it as well as having no conditional check whatsoever.

The thing with her R is that a champion with her thematic shouldn't have an AOE lock down ultimate.

Part of the problem with Ekko's R at the time was that not enough people knew how it worked, and were often more than guilty of standing on Ekko's ghost at basically all times. ESPECIALLY if they were playing a squishy champion.

The issue with her is that so many of her spells are either overloaded or bordering on overloaded for no reason. The ult has so many effects on it, It's a huge burst of damage, with a shield that gets more shield the more targets it hits, it also slows and then stuns and additionally you can hide the windup. Her Q is fine honestly, I don't understand why she needed the stupid bonus magic damage on attacks on her W, it legit looks like a "We gotta add something to justify leveling it up" lazy job and her E is bullshit to lane against but other than that it's fine, the ratio can suck a dick as can all her ratios but it's fine.
