A riven buff (hear me out)

A lot of chaps have percent max health, armor pen, and true damage, (Yasuo, Fiora, Kled,Garren) Yet riven has none of those. Can she get armor pen somwhere in her kit? Please? Or is she top "Broken" Enough?

If we remove her animation cancelling, we can buff her kit elsewhere.

As is, she's not a champion who should be strong because her mastery curve involves removing most of her counterplay.

She'd need buffs across the board. It would be the death of her as a champion otherwise.

So since Katarina gets resets on every kill/assist in the past 3sec, why doesn't Talon get that?

That's what your argument sounds like. Riven is unique (and should stay that way), can be powerful in the right hands, and does not need buffs IMO. Riven with built in armor pen is a scary thought.

I think armor pen on her empowered autos wouldn't be too crazy of a buff.

A good Riven knows how to use auto attacks to the best effect anyways as well so it wouldn't cause some dramatic playstyle or build change or anything else like that.

Throwing armor pen on her ult would definitely be too strong though.

She needs a small bit of love to help her do her job better, but nothing too much.

She's a fun and unique champ but I definitely think she's been struggling this season.

She should get bonus armor penetration when she activates her ultimate.

10/15/20% bonus ad and 5/7.5/10% armor pen for 10 seconds? It sounds reasonable IMO.

The only problem i have with riven is that 100% of people who play riven have to laugh or mastery 6 when they kill someone.

So no. If riven gets buffed id honestly just quit to avoid the toxicity

Go look at what her level 1 damage potential is. Then tell me her level 3 damage potential. Consider that she has a lot of mobility and a shield, plus an execute ult (remember the horrors of Elise Q max/current %HP damage).

Yeah, no. Never.

The very last thing Riven needs is %HP damage.

I'd only be in favor of changing her passive to 1% max/current HP damage because it would make her laning phase less abusive (but still punishing) while not really changing what she can do later in the game. This could potentially open up buffs to her late game functionality, but its unlikely.
