Zac Runes/CDR?

I've played Zac the past few weeks and really started enjoying him. Just wondering what runes you guys think is best on Zac as I am confused on which are the best ones. Ive never ran CDR runes on him, and some people say he really needs that 40% CDR cap. I don't think CDR would be all that great on him but again, I have never had 40% CDR on him. I take flat armor seals, scaling MR glyphs, flat armor quints and AD marks (marks are very bound to change). What do you Zac mains take?

why AD marks? I rather run AP Quints and magic pen/Attack speed marks.

CDR? nah. Flat toughness only - helps your passive the most - which is kinda why you play zac to begin with.
