~Tweak Fizz Numbers~

I'll be curt; I think AP Fizz is in a reasonable spot right now, fighter fizz with W max may be too much though. So much so I would play bruiser Fizz in the mid lane. And as a matter of fact I rely on extra W ranks early when I play AP Fizz even. However I do not think W is the direct issue. I like the reliability of having strong auto attack damage whether I play AP or bruiser.

Remember, "AD" Bruiser Fizz became an issue initially _with the addition of the 20% damage amp from ult. _ Actually it is true his auto attack steroid was stronger for a low ap attack speed Fizz back then but w/e

I think if you want to trim down some power from the fighter Fizz without affecting AP too much you should probably try some or all of this

•convert the 20% damage amp to a magic damage amp only; affecting AP Fizz somewhat but not as much •possibly include R's own damage in the damage amplication to compensate, since it has a nice AP ratio to multiply •play with the damage amp % value with each rank. Make it scale possibly. 15-20-25% example (this and the previous would make AP Fizz shark too deadly without adjusting base damage or ap ratio)

As it is now with an attack speed item and a level 5 W @ 9 Fizz destroys whatever he wants whether it builds armor,mr,hp, damage... The fighter Fizz can outplay it all with his fantastic kit and mixed damage... So you want to dampen his strength and soothe out his powerspike a bit with something above. Or you expand on Fizz weaknesses... but idk how you do that specifically to AD Fizz only. This is just a numbers issue imo.

Even with a frozen heart rush against an aggressive AD top lane I know the level 5 W will allow me to obtain kills on squishies.

I actually very much enjoy playing Fizz both ways (fighter/ap). Even though I initially loathed bruiser Fizz when he was significantly changed and AP was gutted... He's my cute little warrior fishy. As a fighter tank he has incredible incredible freedom to do what he wants in fights with durability and that mobility; he's more freely mobile than the average fighter champ. But as of right now I think I would only play AP Fizz mid lane but even there I think bruiser works better on average...
