New rule for buying sightstone

Vision is every players responsibility, but the support is ideally the one who buys the sight stone. Maybe if you're jungler you can run with vision smite item as a lee sin or something.

Every one should be using the trinkets for vision and more often than not I see not enough players in my games using them, it's getting worse with supports getting replaced by mages while they all build like a mid laner item wise.

I mean it would be funny as hell to see. As a support main I usually don't die unless we get like a 4-5 man gank. So it would be interesting to see something like that!
