What could i do to improve?

So i'm in silver elo, my main issues are:

Seems like the elo itself really

Everyone argues and flames. People going 0/10 literally seem to have this mental block that its hindered the game at all. Any lead i do gain i struggle to keep it because i cant gain gold faster than my team is giving it away for free. I find myself playing normals with mainly diamonds and plats (for some reason) I can't really improve if im being roflstomped.

What do i do to improve? people give advice but its kinda like they have no idea what silver elo is like or even have forgotten.

people rarely know what to do with their leads even in diamond
create a new account to learn the things you want to learn

play for objectives and towers and farm isntead of kills

20cs=kill+ likely a level lead learn how to make players int and you will climb incredibly fast

It's like that in every rank lol you just answered your own question. Idk how to explain to u to get better bc when I play in silver it's just easy 1v9 every game. Once you understand how to get your mechanics under control and squeeze everything out of your champion kit you can win the game without learning macro which seems to go over low elo players heads.

Take the advice of my spirit animal Sky Williams. First and foremost if you don't know the match up well, play like a bitch. Be as passive as possible. The second advice if you know how to do it. Tilt the enemy champion by being passive aggressive. If they tower dive you and they both die give then advice on what they did wrong in all chat. If you are in the jungle if the enemy does not have a Vayne/Riven/Yasuo find the first person that speaks in all chat and camp that lane. That person is more then likely a talker and if they are busy screaming at their teammates they die more and tilt your enemy team for you. So basically give them the Hashinshin treatment.

Rivens and Yasuo's scream the most in all chat and normal chat. If you are jungle have you and your mid laner roam top constantly and kill them. (Yasuo's are the funniest ones) Just constantly say in all chat the 0/10 power spike is almost there.

The easiest way to improve is to watch your own games, analyze both you and your opponents. Also, learn champ cooldowns, build-pathing and scalings.

The latter isn't as important as it used to be, since everyone easily caps cdr now, but it still helps.

its silver thats happens, but in my opinion stop playing league you improve fast, funny cuz in my norms i always vs diamonds and plats even GM and Challengers at times the joys of league
