I refuse to accept that this is 'RNG' in my entire time of playing league i've never gone negative in my win-loss ratio in normals.
The games feel one sided constantly, then you check and all of a sudden they have 3 plats and 1 diamond and you just have silvers?

The fact that you used to always have a positive win loss ratio in normals implies the matchmaking was never balanced, it just used to be in your favor. That being said, yeah... matchmaking isn't always the best. Making yet another post on the boards probably isn't going to change anything though, unfortunately.
Are you actually expecting normals to have a ''fair'' matchmaking? That's just unrealistic. No way in hell riot can implement a fair matchmaking system when anyone from any skill bracket all the way from challenger to iron can queue up together.

Matchmaking in normals was always lopsided. I have multiple match histories bookmarked where I landed vs diamond 1 players when I was still silver from years ago.
