so far I've found:

mid zilean. seriously went 7-4 and got an s rank. AD thresh build. Urgot(I got like 5 s ranks in one day on him, without even having any experience with him.)

it's all based on a metric of how other people do on the champ. very few people do well on cass so the bar is low.

The best way to have chest is to play with a pro guy in the same party :D

the rank is usually decided by comparing your individual performance to the average of that champion. factors that go into the rank are usually cs/minute, turrets taken, wards placed and destroyed, assists on baron/drake/rift herald, and k/d/a

if you pick a support champion into a solo lane, and peform barely average, youll have a very good chance at earning an s rank. especially since cs factors into your performance.

when you get 200 cs over average, because people usually dont cs on the champion, and otherwise paricipate normally in the game, it should almost guarantee the s rank.

its just using a weakness of the algorithm really, that defaults champions to certain roles and doesnt recognize when theyre used as off meta picks in other positions.

its the same reason why youll probably never get an s rank when you use garen in support. no matter how good you perform, the game will just assume youre terrible because you have a low cs count.

I've found zilean is the easiest champ in the game to get an s rank because of his crazy strong wave-clear in the mid-late game when you've built some mana/regen.
