He's getting bonus true damage now folks. As for Kai'Sa, she needs to be reverted back to the drawing board.
new88pain1 votesI definitely agree that Ryze, Swain, Shaco, and Talon need work/balancing. Graves, Malzahar, and Fizz, however, are actually pretty healthy in my opinion. Kai'Sa just... yeah. She's in an interesting spot.
Håppy1 votesIMO, Fizz is not in any better of a spot. In fact, he's in a worse spot. When he's oppressive, he's ridiculously oppressive and incredibly unfair to play against, while being entirely unfun to play as. They're removing LeBlanc's delay-burst because it doesn't feel good to have to wait around as an assassin - Fizz has the same problem, except Fizz is MELEE. Graves needs a revert because he's not allowed to lane, all the nerfs to him when people were taking him bot ADC confirmed that. As for Malzahar.. Well, he's even more of an ult-bot than he was before due to how many nerfs his regular abilities have gotten, all because his passive is unbalanced, which permanently stops him from being good.
I'm ALMOST ready to put Irelia up for revert, because Riot doesn't seem to have ANY clue what they need her to do or where her power should lie.
