Quick help for top laning pls

so i play fiora top i am silver i just wanted to know what to do when all the enemy wants to do is just trade with me i cant even farm with out him trying to trade , he is missing farm aswell

I usually play tanks in top, so I try my best to mitigate damage and just farm.

For a carry top? That's tricky. I can't imagine people wanting to actually duel Fiora in top (course if they're a snowballer then it makes sense).

I'd imagine Fiora would best focus on outrading them by hitting vitals whenever they try. Hit a vital, retreat until a better vital shows up, hit it again whenever they get too close.

Can't say this is all that helpful though.
