Just a little note to Riot about Gameplay Communication
From the guy known as previously "HIMM Sandwich":
I don't know if that monster of a post I made about developer-player communication had anything, though probably not, to do with the recent changes in the past few months, but I am so glad to see the direction you developers have taken here.
All the dev-corner posts regarding champion and "chunk" updates, asking players what they want to see and being open about what you can and cannot do, it's all wonderful. It feels like the boards used to again, even better in some way. It's no longer flooded with posts filled with toxicity and pure anger, but rather more rational posts, the worst culprits being innocent gests at the states of current champions ehem

Like I had talked about back then, as soon as you guys became a regular presence on here, it all changed and I can't speak for everyone, I actually look forward to logging on to the boards each day to see what new thing you guys have responded to, or what new thread you've created. It feels positive and productive to talk here, rather than negative and discouraging. And while many things go unchanged when people ask for it, it's not breeding animosity because at least everyone feels like they are being heard, which is what everyone wants most at the end of the day on here.
I honestly understand how much more effort it may take to show up here consistently and put out quality content and answers, but Meddler and the rest of the crew, I personally thank you for making these first steps to positive, open two-way communication.
Edit: Upvote only if you want Riot to know that they've down a hell of a job being there for the game, and the players. Keep up the awesome work! (can't wait for my
<3)
