That would make this game unfun because you would have to deal with a ton of bullshit. At that point people saying the game is toxic would actually be right.
Depends on what you mean by broken. If you mean like Riven and Yasuo broken the game would be very balanced, just fast pace and lethal. So it would be more for the kinds of people who like Mortal Kombat and click fest RTS games. If you mean broken like Season 2 stat sticks who just are better than other Season 2 stat sticks then it would just be broken.

So basically your begging for them to revert league of legends back to its beta/alpha/whatever state where twisted fate was some ridiculous broken champion who could teleport anywhere extremely fast, slow all the enemies and pump out ridiculous damage. Except 'every' champion would basically be able to one shot each other with insanely high mana costs that make little to no sense.
