Rengar S6 Jungle
So idk if I just haven't had any good experiences with it yet, but I honestly don't like warrior's on Rengar all that much anymore!
Yes AD is good, yes CDR is good, but no more armor pen and it's more expensive. The increased AD doesn't seem to do much, and the CDR is easy enough to get without getting warrior's. Am I the only one who doesn't like the new warrior's enchant on Rengar? As a matter of fact, is the new warrior's better or as good on anyone who used to build it before the preseason? I'm not asking rhetorically or anything, I seriously just haven't played much of the preseason and don't know much besides crit is OP as fuck, Graves is OP as fuck, Yasuo is OP as fuck, and Rageblade is OP as fuck lol
So my question is this, do you Rengar players build the current warrior's still, try to skip it and just get a different item, or get a different jungle enchant?
I've been experimenting, and I honestly just don't like skipping the jungle enchant completely, especially now when we can get one with wards, which is awesome since we can't buy greens anymore. Having that item in the late game is a wondrous thing! lol As for other jungle enchants, cinderhulk is good if I plan on building tanky, but with the new ghostblade and a few other offensive items I like mixing it up a bit, like early offensive into late game defense just to survive (I find full damage Rengar 100-0ing people is either boring and easy or you're completely useless, so I like brawling and backline diving more, he's still a great champ for that). Also I feel like with the return of the ADC meta tanks won't be as effective anymore anyway. I've also been trying out devourer on him, into ghostblade and then either full tank or like a titanic hydra into tank. It's great in that your damage is almost as high as full assassin Rengar's, just more continuous, and you can duel like a monster, but I simply find the devourer ramp up time annoying and easily impeded, many times by my own team needing their hands held constantly.
So what do you guys think? I've had limited experience this preseason and only tried these things out a couple times, so maybe I missed something, anything constructive is greatly appreciated.
will give you 40% cdr And if you want to avoid warrior you could do
into trinity
into more tanky items... would scale better and with the cheaper tiamat would have more early game presence then devourer..... buuuuut then I'd just end up being a tank initiator..... ugh I'm just gonna stick to top lane with him I think, I just don't like any of the jungle enchants on him, and skipping them just doesn't seem wise with how good the warding one is :P
