30% pick rate. I'm getting tired of seeing her. It's a mystery too, because there's absolutely nothing rewarding about playing Janna. She's just there for the 53% win rate. In fact, the most challenging aspect of Janna's kit is having to stay awake long enough to see the "Victory" screen.
Seriously, every part of her kit is unrewarding. Her passive is neither fun nor interactive. Her Q takes forever to charge up, and even if you charge it up all the way and manage to hit an enemy champion, it's just a glorified knockup. No other ability in the game, should it take that long to charge up, would ever pay off with such laughable damage. Her W is a point and click that does so little damage, it's basically a slow. Her shield gives the user attack damage. Why? What thematic sense does that make? Who would see a barrier made of wind around Draven and think "That shit makes the Draven's axes do more damage." But at this point, it has to stay. Without the steroid, the shield would be so boring and generic that Janna mains would actually fall asleep before getting to the victory screen. Her ult is basically the only rewarding ability that she has, and that's only because it heals for such obscene amounts. There used to be a time when it was a 2 min CD knockback.
You may argue that Janna isn't meant to do damage, and that she's instead meant to be this boring, uninteractive knockup-slow-shield-knockback bot that runs around the map and protects her allies. You can have that, as long as it's executed well. In her current state though,** Janna is neither fun to play as or against.** Her entire kit has been nerfed into the ground so many times, and she's STILL TOP TIER. And as effective as she is at winning games, she sure as hell doesn't feel strong to play. All I'm saying is, she needs a rework. Bad.
